Charleston Sushi Rolling Class
Thank you for your interest in Holy City Catering Sushi 101 class for your community event. We offer the class at the location of your choice for 6+ guests. We are currently offering a special of only $65 per person. We bring everything down to the cutting boards and includes instruction, recipes and hands on sushi rolling for each guests (two rolls per guests). There are two options:
- Option 1. Classroom Experience:
To start the lesson, our Chef, Rhett, will teach the group for about forty-five minutes (depending on the interests of the guests and the amount of questions) and the class usually lasts about two hours. We also give each guests a copy of the outline with space available for them to take notes as well as the recipes. The goal is for them to be able to make sushi at home after this lesson if they wanted to.

Everybody man stations and roll sushi.
~ Q & A followed by a 10 minute break ~
- Option 2. Drop In:
We skip the lesson portion and have everything ready to go so when people arrive, they walk up to the cutting board and we’ll show and help them roll their own rolls.
